Micro and Nanotechnology Master’s program is an interdisciplinary master’s program consisting of Materials Science and Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics and Civil Engineering, as well as basic sciences such as Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. It is aimed to carry out joint master’s theses on the production of new-advanced materials, system and device development, design, production and testing needed by different sectors by using Micro and Nanotechnology approaches.

Admission and Application Requirements

The spring and fall semester quotas for the Micro and Nanotechnology Master’s Program, which are offered with and without thesis, are announced on this page before each semester. Candidates must meet the conditions determined by the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences (http://en.fbe.cankaya.edu.tr/application-information/). The admission process to the Master’s program for candidates who meet the application conditions is finalized with an evaluation in the relevant field.
