This laboratory has been used for the manufacturing of metal and ceramic based composite materials. Composite synthesis can be performed at elevated temperatures (max.1100C) by using the vertical tube furnace in the laboratory. This laboratory is constructed in order to contribute to education by giving composite information at undergraduate level, to perform research project at graduate level, to solve the problems about composites related to industry and find solution of these problems as well as to carry out projects
